The house was built in 1988 and is exposed brick, so the façade remains modern and does not require maintenance. As can be seen in the photos, it is surrounded by a garden and has mountain views. For all this, both the house and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful.

 

The house inside is very comfortable and practical. Upon entering we have the hall with a stately view, since the ceiling in this area is very high and you can see the corridor with a railing on the first floor. To the right is a very spacious double room, currently used as a cinema room, but it can be used as desired. Next door is the kitchen with dining room / breakfast area that is spacious, with windows on one side and on the front. Immediately afterwards, a complete bathroom with shower and next to it the very spacious living room with fireplace and large windows that give access to the terrace and garden.

 

On the first floor we have a full bathroom with a guard and a room also with a guard to put objects. Then the open corridor that leads to the three double rooms. The three rooms have access to a terrace from where the views are very nice of the garden itself, the urbanization and the mountains. One of the rooms is also a suite, with its own bathroom.

 

Under the house is the garage which, as seen in the photos, is quite spacious, there are also two storage rooms or warehouses with light.

 

 

 

In short, it is a complete house, with a room on the ground floor, spacious, comfortable, with privacy and in a very pleasant, natural and familiar environment, next to all services.
